Driving "High Performance Specialty Chemicals"

We engage research and development of "High Performance Specialty Chemicals" using our own technologies into special functional materials, lubricant materials, monomers and polymers. We aim at contributing future environment and sustainable society through our development.

Functional Dyes

We develop new functional dyes using our organic synthesis and evaluation technologies. These new materials are applied for various applications such as recording media, electronics materials and so on.

Lubricant Materials

Some of our commercial products, such as Fatty Acids, are already applied for refrigerator lubricants of HFC coolant system as raw materials. Based on such background, we develop new materials related lubrication field. Our aim is to contribute maintaining environment through creation of new lubricants or the additives with the function to reduce friction and wear.

Specialty Monomers and Polymers

Through development of our product / DAAM which is a functional monomer to waterborne polymers, we strive to establish environmental-friendly technologies such as waterborne coating technology and so on.

Technological development locations: the Yokkaichi Plant Control Department Manufacturing Technology Section and the Chiba Plant Quality Assurance Section Technical Support Group

Two locations for realizing restless improvements through manufacturing technology

The Yokkaichi Plant Control Department Manufacturing Technology Section and the Chiba Plant Quality Assurance Section Technical Support Group stand on the front lines of manufacturing technology developments at KH Neochem. These groups take their expertise in organic synthesis, catalysts, and chemical engineering, and then use all types of test facilities (from flask scale to the pilot plant), high analysis technology, and process simulators to develop improvements to manufacturing processes, methods to save overall resources in the plants, energy-saving technologies, and industrial manufacturing processes for new products.
Many of the employees also have duties at educational institutions for technology.
